Our eclectic journal Mythic Delirium began its life in 1998 as a do-it-yourself print poetry zine published biannually. In 2013, it transformed into a do-it-yourself digital magazine for fiction and poetry that appears quarterly in e-book form and monthly on the web. Over its full lifespan we’ve showcased the likes of Ursula K. Le Guin, Ken Liu, Neil Gaiman, Jane Yolen, Catherynne M. Valente, Joe Haldeman, Marie Brennan, Theodora Goss, Ian Watson, Yoon Ha Lee, Jacqueline West, Greer Gilman, Jeannine Hall Gailey, Sonya Taaffe, Amal El-Mohtar, Suzette Haden Elgin, Gemma Files and many, many more.

Our digital transformation was funded by a pair of Kickstarter campaigns, one run in Summer 2012 and one run in Summer 2013. With the release of the celebratory 20th anniversary issue in April 2018, the zine has gone on indefinite hiatus, but the online digital archives remain free for all to enjoy.
