A new look for MYTHIC DELIRIUM
The new Mythic Delirium website is arriving both too soon and too late.
Too soon, because much of it is still under construction. Too late, because it really should have gone up the first week of the month — as a result, our featured story and featured poems for July only get to be showcased publicly for a week before their designated month ends.
Regardless, I shouldn’t wait any longer. Earlier today, the Kickstarter campaign to fund this renovated version of my 15-year-old ‘zine came to a close, with more than $3,500 raised to meet a $2,500 goal — meaning this new incarnation gets to stick around for a while. I’m blessed to be part of such a generous community, and grateful that Mythic Delirium means so much to so many.
There’s still a lot to be done. Eventually this site will also be the home for Clockwork Phoenix, but that’s a little bit down the road yet. And much of the original Mythic Delirium archives will be transplanted here too, as well as other projects of mine. #SFWApro
But here’s what you can find now: the featured content for July from Mythic Delirium 0.1, with a beautiful cover by Danielle Tunstall, a new short story by Marie Brennan and poems by Karthika Naïr and Sonya Taaffe.
Go check them out! Don’t let me delay you any longer.
