Our collections from Theodora Goss and Yukimi Ogawa on the latest LOCUS Recommended Reading List!
Anita and I and Sydney share this announcement with incandescent delight: both of the collections of short fiction that we published in 2023, The Collected Enchantments by Theodora Goss and Like Smoke, Like Light: Stories by Yukimi Ogawa, made the newest Locus Magazine Recommended Reading List!
We have a really cool celebratory promotion in the works — but we’re not prepared to talk about that yet. (Stay tuned!) So in the meantime, we’re offering a wee deal for those who read this post, whether you come here from social media links or our ad on the Locus Magazine site:
Pay $10 via Paypal and receive EPUB copies of both books (a discount of more than 40%) |
Be sure to let us know what email address you want us to send the download link to. Also, if you’d prefer a different e-book format, tell us.
At the risk of jinxing a streak, I feel compelled to share that it’s a matter of pride for us that every title we’ve published since 2020 has made the Locus Recommended Reading List. This includes anthology A Sinister Quartet, collections Aftermath of an Industrial Accident and Dark Breakers, and even novel The Twice-Drowned Saint, which made the “Best First Novel” category in its original format as the opening performance of the Quartet.
As we’re among the teensiest (yet mightiest?) of micropresses, we absolutely appreciate this ongoing outside indicator that we’re getting this right.
